Administrators can see what’s happening in the CMS by selecting View Recent Activity. This section shows all pages that have been published in the last six months and can be sorted by user, site, and page. At the present time, logins are not reported in the activity dashboard.
You can setup emails to notify you when someone publishes a page to any of your sites. See the section on change notifications for more details.
