Even if it takes us longer than a day to solve your problem, you’ll at least know that we’re working on it — and not by means of an autoresponder. When you contact our support team, you’re dealing with real people who know Surreal CMS inside and out.
Because Surreal is a white-label service, we never interfere with your client relations. Thus, all help requests that your clients submit go directly to you. If you decide that it’s something we should take a look at, feel free to pass it on to us.
