Support for administrators

Help requests from administrators will be sent directly to Surreal CMS Support. Requests are always answered within 24 hours — often sooner — even on weekends and holidays. Even if it takes us longer than a day to solve your problem, you’ll at least know that we’re working on it — and not by means of an autoresponder. When you contact our support team, you’re dealing with real people who know Surreal CMS inside and out.

Support for clients

Because Surreal is a white-label service, we never interfere with your client relations. Thus, all help requests that your clients submit go directly to you. If you decide that it’s something we should take a look at, feel free to pass it on to us.
